She is currently completing the third year of her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Purdue University Northwest and is currently supervised by Dr. William Heard. She utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach that prioritizes client collaboration and evidenced-based care.

The Social Anxiety Workshop is a great space for high school age teens and their parents to come and learn more about social anxiety disorder. The focus of the workshop is to provide valuable information on social anxiety, practical tools to help improve emotion regulation, and learn strategies to help build self-confidence and strengthen coping skills.
