Heard Psychotherapy is in network with most major PPO insurance plans including Anthem BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare/UMR/Optum, and traditional Medicare. We are also in the process of being credentialed with Indiana Medicaid and will post here once we are fully credentialled. We welcome the use of out of network benefits or self-pay clients and have multiple sliding scale options available on an as-needed basis. Our EHR can accept HSA/FSA, credit and debit card payments. We are also in network with Care Credit and are happy to walk you through the process of using your Care Credit card to help pay for your psychological services.

Intake Appointments
Dr. Heard's current rate for a 55-60 minute individual or couple's counseling intake is $200.
Emma Roberts' current rate for a 55-60 minute individual or couple's counseling intake is $100.
Individual and Couple's Therapy Appointments
Dr. Heard's current rate for a 55-60 minute individual or couple's therapy appointment is $180.

Emma Roberts' current rate for a 55-60 minute individual or couple's therapy appointment is $90.
Group Therapy Appointments
Dr. Heard's current rate for a group therapy appointment is $40.

Sliding Scale and Pro-bono work
Therapy can be an expensive investment in yourself and/or your relationship. If the cost of therapy is a barrier to you initiating or continuing therapy, please let us know as we may have some sliding scale and pro-bono slots available.
