How Can We Collaborate?
Individual Therapy
The purpose of individual therapy is to help an individual deal with their concerns, emotions, and situations in a helpful and supportive manner. I utilize a variety of interventions taken from many of the evidence based modalities including CBT, DBT, CPT, SFBT, and MBSR.
Group Therapy
Group therapy provides space for individuals to receive support from a mental health clinician and from other people who have a similar lived experience. Our virtual groups are capped at 8 participants and will be starting soon.
Couple's Counseling
Couple's counseling focuses on improving relationship satisfaction and conflict resolution between couples. I utilize interventions from Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and The Gottman Method to help increase intimacy, respect, and affection within a relationship.
Peer Consultation Groups
Clinical consultation groups help mental health clinicians relieve stress, ward off burnout and allow space to explore difficulties connected to patient care, business planning and more.
Psychological Assessment
Currently, Heard Psychotherapy offers psychological assessments for surgical clearance, gender affirming care, and diagnostic clarification.
